A clear and transparent fee structure, designed to reflect the level of service provided and the outcome delivered.

Our aim is simple: to save you time, reduce stress, and ultimately secure the right property on the best possible terms.

Working with Found in the Dales gives you access to opportunities beyond the open market, alongside experienced guidance & local insight.

From sourcing and shortlisting through to negotiation and completion, the focus is on delivering a well-managed, fulfilling outcome.

Our fee for a full property finding and acquisition service is:

1.5% of the final purchase price
(subject to a minimum fee)

Example:
A purchase at £800,000 would result in a fee of £12,000.

A retainer fee is payable upon instruction, allowing us to begin the search and commit time and resource to your brief. This is deducted from the final fee upon successful completion.

The balance of the fee is payable upon successful purchase, typically at exchange of contracts or completion.
